Design has been a passion for over 20 years, ever since I started seriously scaling TCI as a single mom of 3 kids at my kitchen table. Now that I’ve grown a $4M+ nationally published design firm, I want to give back.

So many talented, accomplished designers still struggle more than they need to because they don’t have the more advanced business foundations ironed out, like financials, sales processes, team leadership, marketing systems, and a strong eye on elevating their brand with those tiny design refinements that make all the difference.

On top of that, many of them have endured personal struggles like I did - whether that’s a divorce, a lack of child support, family addiction, or just the pressure to provide for their families. I’ve been there, and I wanted to shorten the learning curve.
